Modernization of the Bag Filters of Gas-Cleaning Systems

Data are presented on the upgrade of bag filters with densely arranged small-diameter filter sleeves. The filters are designed to remove fine dust present in high concentrations when it enters the filter. The use of a new type of filter sleeve – 3DESA-filtrpatron – reduces the gas and dust loads on the filter by a factor of 2.5. It is shown that the CYCLO JET FILTER can be upgraded by replacing the filter sleeves and frames.
