摘要
Results of investigations of the stress-train state and strength of compensating sections (built with use of a low-modulus spacer) of steel/reinforced-concrete pressure conduits based on finite-element models are presented. Tensile hoop stresses requiring design (and not structural) reinforcement develop in the reinforced-concrete section of the conduits, which is separated from the inner steel lining by a low-modulus spacer. A procedure is proposed for calculation of the reinforcement, and diagrams are developed for reinforcement of the compensating sections of pressure conduits. © 2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
