摘要
A procedure for the quality control of residual stresses in the rims of rolled wheels and locomotive tires via the ultrasound method using electromagnetic–acoustic excitation–reception of elastic waves is described. The results of the determination of residual stresses in surface-strengthened rims and pressed-on tires prior to strengthening and after electrocontact strengthening of the rolling surface of wheels are given.
