摘要：
Die diabetische Gastropathie wird zu den autonomen Neuropathien gerechnet, die Störung der Magenfunktion ist aber komplexer. 30–60 % der Patienten mit längerjährigem Diabetes mellitus sollen betroffen sein. Typische Beschwerden sind Blähungen, Übelkeit und Völlegefühl, sie können aber sehr wechselnd sein und kommen auch oft bei Nicht-Diabetikern vor. Aus hausärztlicher Sicht gibt es weder befriedigende diagnostische noch therapeutische Ansätze.
