Abstract: The possibility of adjusting the plasmon absorption of nanostructured SERS substrates to the wavelength of exciting laser radiation in the range of 530–620 nm is demonstrated. Characteristic patterns of changes in the optical properties of SERS substrates with changes in the morphology of metal nanoparticles on surfaces of silicon oxide are established. © 2021, Allerton Press, Inc.
