In this paper, we investigate boundedness, polar decomposition and spectral decomposition of weighted conditional expectation type operators on L2(Σ)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$L^2(\Sigma )$$\end{document}. Some examples are provided to illustrate concrete application of the main results of the paper.
