摘要
Abstract: The authors present a single-layer polarizer that converts linear polarization into circular. The polarization converter consists of a lattice structure made of silicon. The polarizer is developed and optimized for the millimeter wave range, specifically for a spectral “transmission window” at a wavelength of 2 mm. Results show that the measured values agree with modeling results. © 2023, Allerton Press, Inc.
