摘要
The dynamics of an ultrashort optical pulse in graphene on a thin-film topological-insulator substrate have been investigated, where the conduction electrons are described on the basis of the long-wavelength effective Hamiltonian at low temperatures. The possibility of stable propagation of the pulse without change in its amplitude has been demonstrated.
