摘要
Abstract: This article discusses the stages of tuning and adjustment of tension control systems for winders of cold-rolled sheet mills using experimental frequency identification of the control object. To successfully solve the problems of synthesis of a control system by frequency methods, initial structures of the control object have been selected and adopted, the parameters of which were specified at the stage of frequency identification. Restrictions on the use of the proposed structure of the electric drive were coordinated—namely, a high cutoff frequency of the torque control loop and an absolutely stretched rolling strip. The imposed restrictions on the model made it possible to significantly simplify it, as well as to eliminate some cross links in the considered structure. In tension control systems, the node for dynamic compensation of disturbance caused by a change in the speed of the rolling stand of cold-rolled sheet mills can contain only one channel that compensates only for the dynamic component. The limitation of the disturbance component due to the inaccuracy in the operation of the indirect torque control loop is realized by adjusting the control loop of the winder’s electric drive moment for maximum speed. In electric drives with new types of electric machines, it is possible to significantly expand the range of operation of the compensating device by increasing the speed of the torque control loops of the rolling stand and winder electric drives. © 2020, Allerton Press, Inc.
