摘要
An advanced method employing acoustic emission diagnostics for estimating the process strength of welds under delayed fracture of insert specimens is presented. Analysis of the acoustic, fractographic and metallographic data on the structures formed by different types of welding shows that the set of the acoustic emission parameters can be used for estimating the structural state and may be a base for a method of evaluation of the strength properties of a welded joint.
