Abstract: As a result of 3D calculation in the ANSYS CFX, the numerical investigation was carried out of local and averaged heat transfer coefficients, hydrodynamic characteristics of cooling channels with two V-shaped dimples with hemispherical protrusions between them for the case of its location by in-line and staggered orders; and also with two V-shaped dimples and hemispherical protrusions between them and twin dimples on the two vertexes of V-shaped dimples. © 2021, Allerton Press, Inc.
