摘要
A close correlation was found between the growth status of Aspergillus oryzae and L-malate production.Adaptive evolution enhances growth status and capacity of L-malate production of Aspergillus oryzae.Transcriptomic analysis and morphological characterization reveal the growth mechanism of Aspergillus oryzae.
