High-pressure/high-temperature synthesis, crystal structure, and electrical properties of CaCu3 − xFexV4O12

摘要
A perovskite-like compound of composition CaCu3 − xFexV4O12 (x = 0.7−1.0) has been synthesized at high pressures (p = 5.0−8.0 GPa) and temperatures (t = 1000−1300°C). Its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction (sp. gr. \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$Im\bar 3$$\end{document}, Z = 2, a = 7.3051(5) angles have been evaluated. The electrical conductivity of the high-pressure phase CaCu2FeV4O12 exhibits metallic behavior.
