In this paper, we study on the genuine modified Bernstein-Durrmeyer-Stancu operators G¯n(f,x)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\overline G _n}\left({f,x} \right)$$\end{document} and investigate some approximation properties of them. Furthermore, we present a Voronovskaja type theorem for these operators. We also give some graphs and numerical examples to illustrate the convergence properties of these operators for certain functions.
