摘要
Dechanneling of accelerated ions as a result of interaction with atoms incorporated into the cavities of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is considered. The Chapman-Kolmogorov kinetic equation describing this process is constructed and solved, and analytical formulas for the length of particle dechanneling from CNTs are obtained. It is shown that these lengths strongly depend on the positions of atoms inside CNT channels and, in contrast to the case of dechanneling on electrons, increase as √E with increasing ion energy E.
