A method is developed for analysis and plotting of an impeller blade of a centrifugal soil pump. The method provides for mathematical description of the median of the blade, making it possible to plot its smooth contour with consideration of assigned blade angles at the entry and exit, and also the angle of its contact. The method obtained can be used in SAPR for design of centrifugal pumps, since it is appreciably simpler and more accurate as compared with the familiar graphical method of conformal depiction on the surface of a circular cylinder. The optimal contour of the blade extends the longevity of the soil-pump impeller.
