摘要
Research has been done on how the shrinkage rate and microstructure in the Si3N4 ― Al2O3 ― Y2O3 are dependent on temperature and nitrogen pressure during sintering. The shrinkage rate curves alter as the activator content varies. Additional densification may occur above 1800°C because of diffusion through the increased amount of liquid.
