摘要
The noninvasive detection of coronary artery disease has been a major goal of newer cardiac imaging technologies. Over the past decade, coronary MRI has undergone significant advances, resulting in excellent sensitivity for detecting coronary artery disease. Whole-heart coronary MRI, a technique that is somewhat analogous to coronary CT angiography, has emerged as a promising approach for the noninvasive evaluation of the coronary arteries. © Current Medicine Group LLC 2008.
