摘要
The phenomenology of the underwater “face” discharge and glow discharge under oscillatory conditions is presented. Electric and spectral features of these discharges are examined. It is shown that the afterglow duration exceeds 0.1 s, being the consequence of high chemical activation of the solution volume.
