Primary ovarian lymphoma in young women is very rare accounting for around 0.5–1% of all non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. We report a rare case of bilateral primary ovarian non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in a 40-year-old woman, who presented to us with abdominal distention and pain. The primary diagnosis on ultrasound and computed tomography was made as Krukenberg tumor, but the final histopathological and immunohistochemical report revealed it as primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of ovary with no other enlarged lymph nodes on retrospective scanning.
