Proton-three-nucleon nuclei elastic scattering: three-body force effect

Elastic scattering differential cross sections at 0.6 GeV for p-3H and at 0.6, 0.715 and 1 GeV for p-3He are calculated in the framework of the multiple-scattering theory of Glauber. A simple approach for the three-body force effect is used. We have found that the three-body force effect appears in the range of momentum transfer squared q2≥0.2(GeV/c)2\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$ q^{2} \ge 0.2\; ( {\text{GeV/c)}}^{ 2} $$\end{document} and plays an important role to obtain a good fit with the experimental data at the first minimum region.
