Acrochordons are flesh-coloured pedunculated lesions which occur in areas of skin folds. Although they are common in other sites of the body, we report the first case of huge penile acrochordon in the literature. Clinical, pathological and surgical findings of this lesion were presented and discussed. © 2004 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
