摘要
Pedunculated extra-luminal leiomyoma is a rare solid tumor. We present a case of a 20-year-old Caucasian woman with a painful pedunculated extraluminal mass located on the bladder dome and associated with dysuria. She underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic resection, and the histological findings confirmed a leiomyoma. © Springer-Verlag London Ltd 2009.
