摘要
We present the results of inkjet printing of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(4-styrenesulphonate) (PEDOT/PSS) conductive ink on selective surface-modified polyethylene terephathalate substrate via vapor coating of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (FOTS) and atmospheric oxygen plasma. Selective surface modification was carried out using a nickel stencil with ~50 μm line width and spacing. PEDOT/PSS-conductive ink was found to wet the hydrophilic surface-treated line widths spontaneously while avoiding the hydrophobic-treated regions.
