□Hintergrund: Das semisynthetische Taxan Docetaxel (Taxotere®) hat seit seiner Zulassung in zahlreichen Second- und Third-line-Therapien bei der Behandlung des fortgeschrittenen Mammakarzinoms durch seine hohe Effektivität bei moderatem Toxizitätsprofil überzeugen können. So wurde das Einsatzspektrum im Bereich der gynäkologischen Onkologie deutlich erweitert.
