摘要：
Auf dem Fundament einer sorgfältigen präoperativen Anamnese, einer gründlichen klinischen Untersuchung und apparativer Diagnostik und unter Berücksichtigung entsprechender Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien stellt die Implantation phaker Intraokularlinsen eine sichere Option zur Korrektur von Augen mit zugrundeliegender höherer und auch niedriger Ametropie mit und ohne regulär symmetrischen Astigmatismen dar, bei denen ein hornhautchirurgischer Eingriff nicht problemlos möglich ist.
