摘要：
Ein 33-jähriger Brasilianer stellte sich mit einem schmerzhaften Ulkus über der Glabella vor. Der Patient war HIV-positiv. Mittels dermatohistopathologischer Untersuchung konnte die Diagnose einer Histoplasmose gesichert werden. In Lateinamerika tritt bei HIV-Patienten mit disseminierter Histoplasmose oft eine Hautbeteiligung auf. Wenn die Haut betroffen ist, kann die klinische Manifestation vielgestaltig sein. Der vorgestellte Fall unterstreicht, wie wichtig es ist, diese Erkrankung in das Spektrum der Differenzialdiagnosen bei HIV-Patienten aus Endemiegebieten aufzunehmen.
