Essential components of lifestyle medicine (LM), nutrition and exercise, are not currently well addressed in medical education. This is an innovative session that could be implemented at medical institutions seeking to teach LM competencies, evidence-based medicine, and clinical decision making using active and collaborative learning in 2 hours of curricular time. © 2017, International Association of Medical Science Educators.
