Foreign bodies lodged in aerodigestive tract makes the commonest emergency in the otorhinolaryngology clinics. Diagnosis often becomes difficult with parental ignorance and lack of clear history. Patients with foreign body can have unusual presentations. © Association of Otolaryngologists of India 2006.
