摘要
We describe herein a rare case of coronary artery aneurysm and coronary sinus thrombus due to incomplete Kawasaki disease. To the best of our knowledge, coronary sinus thrombosis has not previously been reported as a complication of this disease. Our patient underwent thrombolytic therapy with a good response.
