摘要
An evolvent gear transmission with asymmetric gear profiles is designed. This unit, mounted in slip bearings, transmits torque from the motor in raising a load and is self-braking in lowering the load. Stand tests of the transmission show smooth free rotation of the drive with the working tooth profiles and reliable self-braking in inverse motion. © Allerton Press, Inc. 2008.
