摘要
Basic volume rendering algorithms and methods for surface rendering of 3D objects are described. The following hybrid rendering methods are presented: (i) a method for rendering of a surface specified by a triangulation inserted into a translucent volume and (ii) a method for rendering of an implicitly specified surface inserted into a translucent volume. © 2008 Allerton Press, Inc.
