摘要:
The scientifically assessed threat of climate change has become more dire since 1988, when it first became a public concern. However news coverage of climate, and public concern about it, are variable, sometimes high, sometimes low. Today it is at a high point, at least for the political left. Here we trace the fickle nature of news coverage and public concern, even as objective warming continues to worsen.
