摘要
Artificial intelligence is making sensible decisions in society. Who should go to jail? Who deserves special health treatment? Who is entitled to enter the University? Those are few examples of existing applications. Based on that scenario, questions are raised: how can a machine have a sense of morality? What principles should guide its decisions? We propose a narrative review to describe and discuss fairness and morality from a theoretical and contextual approach. The scope of this research is not to provide answers on how to incorporate fairness and morality in AI, but it is an earlier step to provide insights from neuroscience and cognitive science for future discussions.
