摘要
Abstract: Conducting tertiary polymer based on biopolymers containing different ratios from chitosan (CS), ethyl cellulose (EC) and polyaniline (PfANI) had been successfully prepared. PANI sample and their composites were prepared by interfacial polymerization using ratios 1: 2 (Exp1), 1: 1 (Exp2), and 2: 1 (Exp3) from the monomer (aniline hydrochloride (AnHCl)) to biopolymer blend, respectively, while the ratios of biopolymers EC and CS were constant (3: 1) in different organic/aqueous phase in the presence of ammonium persulphate (APS) as initiator. The study considered different polyaniline ratios to prepare conducting hydrogel (PANI/CS/EC) composites. The resulted PANI/CS/EC composites were characterized using FTIR, UV, and XRD and well discussed. The morphology of the prepared PANI/CS/EC composites was investigated by SEM, moreover, the prepared PANI/CS/EC composites showed good solubility in many organic solvents such as ethanol and chloroform which facilitate the use of the polymer in many applications. The dielectric properties and conductivity measurements besides the conduction mechanism of these composites in the temperature range (298–423 K) have been studied.
