Grundlagen: Durch die zunehmende Beteiligung an Vorsorgeuntersuchungen werden vermehrt duktale In-situ-Karzinome (DCIS) diagnostiziert. Außerhalb von Zentren wird dieses Krankheitsbild insgesamt aber doch relativ selten beobachtet. Was die therapeutischen Maßnahmen betrifft, so waren bislang die Ansichten kontroversiell.
