Abstract—: The article analyzes the dynamics and structure of funding sources of different levels of the education system, the consumption of paid educational services, the state of the material base and equipment of the educational process, the qualification composition of human resources, and problems of remuneration of teaching staff, as well as the interaction of the level of education and the labor market. © 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
