Influence of Bolts and Cables on Stability of Surrounding Rock of Bottom Drainage Roadway

In order to study the reinforcement effect of bolts and cables combined support on 7703 bottom drainage roadway, a three-dimensional numerical model was established by FLAC3D. This study aims to the influence of bolts and cables pre-tightening force and row distance on the stability of surrounding rock of bottom drainage roadway, the destruction-danger zone and the axial force of bolts and cables. Numerical simulation results show that the influence of bolts and cables supporting parameters to mining stress, destruction zone and the distribution characteristics of damage zone can be ignored. With the decrease of the pre-tightening force and row distance, surrounding rock deformation of roadway scale shows a decreasing trend, which shows that the effect of bolts and cables is applying a certain bound pressure to surrounding rock destruction area, preventing the damage zone of surrounding rock from occurring large deformation due to fracture sustained development.
