摘要
It was established that the temperature of the ferroelectric phase transition in crystals of compositionally ordered solid solutions of lead scandoniobate—scandotantalate with high and low degrees of ordering S depends linearly on the composition x. These data were used to calculate the T-x-S phase diagram of these solid solutions for the first time.
