摘要
For the first time, the molecular complexation of adenine and guanine with hederagenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (α-hederin) and its 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (hederasaponin C) was investigated using the method of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. Guanine forms more diversely composed complexes than adenine.
