Primary chest wall tumors are uncommon and constitute 0. 2-2% of all tumors. Most common primary malignant bone tumor of sternum is chondrosarcoma. Adequate surgical excision remains the most important aspect of the management of chondrosarcoma. We herein describe a case of sternal chondrosarcoma in adult female. © 2011 Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons.
