摘要
The current business environment is becoming increasingly uncertain, unpredictable, and competitive as a result increasingly more complex. In today's highly uncertain business environment, organisations always keep themselves ready for facing any eventuality. This paper presents a comprehensive review of flexibility literature and presents integrated framework of supply chain flexibility. This framework will help present a comprehensive scenario of research in the area. Dimensions of flexibility extracted from literature are made to fit into the broader framework of supply chain flexibility. This paper also identifies the forces and dimensions of flexibility for achieving supply chain flexibility in organisation. © Global Institute of Flexible Systems Management 2013.
