摘要
Effects of molecular weight and degree of deacetylation of chitosan on the properties of chitosan/beta-glycerophosphate situ forming gel were investigated. Storage modulus grows with a decrease of the degree of deacetylation of the chitosan whereas molecular weight has not so strong influence on storage modulus. Higher molecular weight chitosans showed lower cytotoxicity. © 2017, Springer Science+Business Media New York.
