摘要
It is shown that the frequency range of a 1–30 MHz applied magnetic field is wide enough for achieving correct separation of the signals of the real and imaginary components of the complex dielectric permittivity and, at the same time, is narrow enough to enable observation of ion-molecular complexes of aqueous solutions of electrolytes as identifying features of natural and waste waters. A growth in the real part of the dielectric permittivity of aqueous solutions in the layers of mass transfer associated with the intensity of mass transfer is established.
