摘要
The present study deals with vibration of the crane foundation resting on multiple parameters of the crane structure. The stability of tower crane basically depends on the crane foundation. Vibration analysis of concrete foundations is needed to study construction safety. Dynamic models of tower crane are described by air resistance, boom deformation and Lagrange equation under the lifting-luffing coupling condition. The concrete foundation is modeled by moderately thick plate elements based on the Reissner plate theory. The motion equations are derived with the coupling relationship between the tower crane and the foundation. Assuming the two opposite simply supported boundary condition for the concrete foundation, the vibration respond of the structure is calculated. The vibration models of the crane and plate are verified through experiments. The effect of various parameters of the tower crane is shown on the vibration responses of the crane foundation. Results show that the payload mass, the boom length, the mast height as well as the girder length have a significant influence on vibration response. The lifting acceleration, the luffing acceleration and the initial angles have a little effect on the vibration response of the crane foundation. This research can describe the dynamic behavior and improve the design of the dynamic crane foundation.
