摘要
Cooperative grain-boundary sliding under plastic deformation in a two-dimensional polycrystalline nanomaterial at given values of the temperature and hydrostatic pressure is studied by the method of molecular dynamics. The process of overcoming obstructions to cooperative shear and the mechanisms of self-organization of cooperative grain-boundary sliding—in particular, an increase in one of the angles at triple junctions in the deformation process—are explored.
