A model of blood coagulation has been investigated. The model includes 25 "reaction-diffusion" equations describing the space-time dynamics of distribution of blood coagulation factor concentrations. The one-dimensional statement of the problem is considered. The autowave velocity has been estimated based on the spatial distribution of blood coagulation factors obtained by numerical calculation of the problem. The dependence of the autowave velocity on diffusion coefficients of prothrombin, AT-III, thrombin, and thrombin bound to α2-macroglobulin is estimated. © 2014 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
