摘要
The possibility of obtaining a photocharged effect on various materials is considered. An experimental setup has been created to study the effect, and results have been obtained that confirm the presence of this effect on some semiconductor samples. The discovered effect can be used to assess the quality of materials used for the manufacturing of electronic components.
