摘要
Estimation of flavonoids content in leaves and stems of 56 varieties of winter wheat is calculated. The association between anthocyanin pigmentation of the plant stem with high flavonoids content is defined. This proves the possibility of using the coloration as a diagnostic trait in selection practice. The role of phenol compounds in the increase of resistance of some winter wheat varieties to abiotic and biotic factors is shown.
