This paper is a note on “An Inventory Model for Deteriorating Items with Stock and Price Sensitive Demand” (Chowdhury et al. in Int. J Appl Comput Math 1(2):187–201, 2015). Chowdhury and Ghosh presented an inventory model to determine a strategy for a firm that sells a seasonal item over a finite planning time; however, we think that the sales revenue represented in that article is not correct as they do not consider deteriorating amount in the model, which causes wrong result. © 2016, Springer India Pvt.
